She entered the industry at just 21, and for over a decade, she brought bold ideas to life while leading event experiences for some of the most recognized names in the business.

In 2020, she launched Honeybee Events, a boutique event studio designed to revolutionize the way people experience gatherings. The name—an homage to Honeybee by The Head and the Heart—captures the brand’s soul: intentional, vibrant, and alive with energy. Her signature style? Elevated sensory experiences with a twist—designed to dazzle, disrupt, and leave a lasting impression.

Kelsey’s work has earned national recognition, with features across top media outlets and a growing list of accolades—including Arizona’s Best Corporate Event and Best Social Event. She has served as President of the Arizona Chapter of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) and led major initiatives for the Junior League of Phoenix, all while redefining what luxury events can look and feel like.

When she’s not orchestrating unforgettable events, Kelsey is off adventuring with her husband, Eric, and their spirited puppy, Pepper—chasing desert sunsets, perfecting gourmet recipes, or curating the ultimate Costco cart.
